Rules and Conditions

  1. No entry will be accepted without the correct fee. 
  2. Telephone entries will NOT be accepted. 
  3. The Management reserve the right to refuse any entry without stating a reason. 
  4. The Management reserve the right to restrict entries. 
  5. In the event of insufficient starters, lower prize money will be withheld. 
  6. The Management reserve the right to alter, add or cancel any class. 
  7. Correct riding dress must be worn. 
  8. No misuse of whip, equipment or practice jumps will be allowed. 
  9. Refunds and withdrawals received before 5.00 pm on the closing date as printed in the schedule, will be refunded – the entry fee, less an administration charge of £3.00. There will be no refunds after the closing date at all. 
  10. Any prize money not collected at the end of a class must be collected before the close of the show or will be forfeited. Rosettes not collected before the close of the show will be forwarded on following receipt of a stamped addressed envelope, received not later than 7 days after the show date. 
  11. Objections must be handed in writing to the Secretary within half an hour of the incident, together with a £10 deposit. The deposit will be refunded if the objection is upheld. 
  12. B.E. (British Eventing) Horse Trial Rules will apply to all Unaffiliated One Day Events with the above amendments. 
  13. B.D. (British Dressage) Rules will apply to all Unaffiliated Dressage events with the above amendments. 
  14. The Judges decision is final. 
  15. All dogs must be kept on a lead. 
  17. It is a condition of entry, either as a competitor or as a spectator that the above rules and conditions are adhered to.

How do we protect your information?
We do not use vulnerability scanning and/or scanning to PCI standards.
An external PCI compliant payment gateway handles all CC transactions.
We use regular Malware Scanning.
Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
We implement a variety of security measures when a user places an order enters, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety of your personal information.
All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.
