Our goal is to provide s quality service to all our clients. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only ourselves, but our other clients as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed and cancelled lessons.
Lesson Cancellation
When you book your lesson, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. If you cancel your lesson more than 48 hours before then you will receive a full credit on your EC Pro account.
How to Cancel Your Lesson
If you need to cancel your lesson, please sign on to your EC Pro Account, and go to Lesson Bookings. Locate the session you wish to cancel and click Cancel on the right of the appropriate row and follow the instructions on the screen.
Late Cancellations/No-Shows
A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours before the appointed time, and a no-show is when a client misses an lesson without cancelling. In either case the lesson fees will normally be forfeited
